Sending a letter is simple. We've provided two different templates in two different formats. One letter is for you to write to your senators, the other is for your congressman. Each is available to view and/or download from a Google Doc, the other is a PDF download.
The address for your senators and representative can be found on the official Congress.gov website by entering your zip code.
Senators should be addressed as "Senator [last name]," and members of the House should be addressed "Mr. or Mrs. [last name].

Using the website below, you simply enter the zip code of the location you are registered to vote and the names and contact information for your representatives will appear. Finding your senator is easy since each state has two senators representing the entire state. Finding your representative in the House of Representatives can seem a bit more confusing since a representative's district is organized by population. The website below will help you find your member of the House by zip code.
